On offer is a line of 295 very well bred 'Watervalley' blood Merino ewes, rising 2-3years old July/August 2021 & 2022 drop. SIL to 'Rene' White Suffolk rams and 'Bygo' poll Dorset rams joined from the 20/01/24 for a tight 7 weeks joining period. These ewes were purchased from 'Watervalley' in South Australia as weaner ewe lambs, and have grown out well for their age. Shorn in December with 9 months wool, cutting 4kg at 20 micron. Ewes are in forward store condition. This is a good opportunity to purchase young ewes with all of the hard work done. Buyer's note; age break up 235 x red tag (2022 drop), and 60 x yellow tag (2021 drop). At assessment, approximately 60 ewes noticed to have longer wool length.
